Welcome to the Office of the Registrar

Our missions:

  • Inform the Students about the access conditions to the University
  • Enrol the Students and manage their administrative dossier 
  • Deliver to the Students the cards, passes and documents linked to their enrolment 
How we work :
  • The Office of the Registrar team is distributed on five sites.
  • The management team consists of Anne Van Laethem (Head of Office), Patrick Royez (Assistant in charge of the Belgian Students), Anne Lekeux (Assistant in charge of the International Students) and Vinciane Desnoeck (Executive Secretary).
  • The Students' dossiers are managed on the site on which the programme is followed.

> Médecine: test d'évaluation pour l'inscription en 1er bac
A partir de cette année 2013, tout étudiant souhaitant s'inscrire en première année du bachelier en médecine doit passer un test d'évaluation. Celui-ci sera organisé à deux dates: le 3 juillet et le 2 septembre.

> Online admission procedure 2013-2014 is open
The online admission procedure 2013-2014 for students applying for a bachelor, master, advanced master or a teacher training programme has started on January 23rd. All students holding a non Belgian diploma have to follow the admission procedure. Admission procedure for applying for a PhD is open all year long.
