The Center for Studies in International Crises and Conflict (CECRI) offers an on-line university certificate (20 credits) in International Relations and Conflict Analysis.

The next session will begin in September 2013

CIRCA's courses provide a theoretical basis and specific tools of analysis grounded in current international issues. Upon completion of the training, candidates will master a conceptual framework and a frame of reference in order to understand and analyze a wide range of international issues and conflicts.
