International welcome service

At Louvain-la-Neuve

Arriving at Louvain-la-Neuve for the first time? A welcome service is organized for you. A place to stop, to rest, to ask for any information you need, to send an email, ... Members of the UCL and international students already studying at UCL will help you to find your way in the university and in the city.

Where? At Inforville, near the Railway Station (in the "Galerie de la Gare")
When? Between Septembre 10th and 28th, 2012, from 9 AM to 5 PM

At Brussels Woluwe

During office hours, please go  to the Service d'aide aux étudiants before any other administrative formality. Address: Building "La Mairie", Promenade de l'Alma 32, 1200 Brussels. Tel.: (02) 764 41 31. Open from Monday to Friday, between 9h and 12h, and 13h and 16h.

A welcome service is also organized, on demand (see below).

The "International Day", on Septembre 25th

An "International day" will be organized for international students in Louvain-la-Neuve, on Tuesday 25th of September. Information village, walk around Louvain-la-Neuve, free concert, ... and all for free. More information soon. A welcome party will also be organized in Brussels Woluwe (date to be confirmed)
