New User Form

  Before any new user activity in Winfab

Before starting any activity in Winfab, a mentor must be designated by the promoter of every new user. The mentor will help the new user to get familiar with the way the technological platform and the cleanroom function. This mentor will be the reference person for the new user. The new user will ask him/her any question and, if not in measure of giving a proper answer, the mentor should direct the user toward the most appropriate person. The mentor will be responsible for the training of the new user until this one will get autonomous in the cleanroom. 

For this purpose a "New User Form" must be filled in by the promoter and must be signed by the designated mentor and by the new user. Then the form should be fowarded to the technological platform manager. This is mandatory for the new user to be granted access to the cleanroom
