Where can I find the different UCL tuition fee rates? 
These rates are published on the UCL website on the "Standard fees" page. The international fee rates (which non-European students are required to pay) are listed on the "International fees" page.

What is the deadline for paying my tuition fees?
Tuition fees must be paid before 31 October in the calendar year in which you enrol. International fees must be paid before enrolment or re-enrolment.
