To have an indication of the basic salary you will be earning, depending on your rank and seniority* at the time of hiring, please check.

(*) In exceptional circumstances (see article 43 of the law of 28th April 1953), the Board of Administrators may grant newly hired academic staff extra pecuniary seniority in a given rank, on the basis of a recommendation by the "Remuneration Committee". However, seniority may not go further back than the date of the PhD thesis defence.
By "exceptional circumstances", the Board of Administrators means primarily significant experience beneficial to teaching and/or research.
