Intellectual Property Rights


Intellectual ownership of research conducted at UCL is governed by:

   •     the UCL regulations concerning intellectual property (FR)
   •     the UCL regulations concerning copyright (FR)
   •     Belgian intellectual property law

 
There are four types of intellectual property protection (FR) :
 
    •       protection of know-how by confidentiality
    •       copyright
    •       patents
    •       trademarks and corporate names
