1. Enrolment for the June examination session
Students of the Faculty of Philosophy, Arts and Letters should enrol for the June examination session through their virtual office, from Monday 18 March until midnight on Sunday 24 March. Delays will not be tolerated!

2. Enrolment for oral examinations (via iCampus)
The following does not apply to LFILO and LTHEA course (apart from LTHEA2241 and LTHEA2242)
For the oral examinations of the courses (including minors) organised by the Faculty of Philosophy, Arts and Letters, students must also enrol on the schedule via iCampus. The lists are open until midnight on Sunday 24 March.
Enrolment for an oral exam will not be registered unless students have made a prior registration for the corresponding examination via the virtual office

► Tick the selected time slot
► Confirm the enrolment by clicking "Enregistrer" Confirmation of Enrolment
After confirmation, registered time slots may still be amended (up until 24 March) by clicking on another time slot.
After 24 March, any students who are not registered on the oral examination schedule (via iCampus) will be automatically allocated one of the remaining time slots provided they have enrolled for the examination (through the virtual office). They can find out their slot when the final schedule is published.
For the schedules for LANGL1810 and LFLTR1720, students should enrol via Moodle.
3. Provisional timetable
The provisional timetable FIAL does not apply to the examinations for LFILO and LTHEA (apart from LTHEA2241 and LTHEA2242), or courses run by other faculties (in which case, you should contact the faculty organising the course).

4. Definitive timetable
- Timetable for LFILO and minor in philosophy examinations will be online by 06 May
- Timetable for LTHEA examinations will be online by 06 May
- Timetable for teacher training examinations will be online by 06 May. Students may not enrol for LAGRE2020, LAGRE2120 and LARKE2220 examinations unless they have completed, in the January examination session, all the requirements (internship, work etc.) necessary for the assessment of this course
- Individual timetables (for all Faculty course except LFILO and LTHEA) will be put online by 06 May. It is regularly updated: please consult before each examination!
- For the timetables of courses run by another faculty.
5. Timetable management
- Once the individual timetable is published, students who wish to exchange two time slots (for an oral examination) should fill in the relevant form and hand it in to the Office of the Faculty of Philosophy, Arts and Letters by 12 May at the latest.
- Students whose examination timetables clash should bring this to the attention of the Faculty Office by sending an email with details of the course codes, titles and timings (day and time) of the courses which clash. The faculty office must be notified of any timetable clash by May 12 at the latest.
- Notice of any arrangement made between students and/or a lecturer must be sent by email to the Faculty Office so that the schedule can be amended and the necessary arrangements made.
6. Cancellation of enrolment for examinations
Partial cancellation of enrolment
- Partial cancellation of enrolment is possible until 12 May. No supporting documents are necessary.
- Up to two courses + final dissertation or other dissertation may be cancelled.
- Students should fill in the form and hand it in to the programme committee Office.
Complete cancellation
- Students may cancel their enrolment for all examinations until the day before the session opens.
- Deadline: 31 May at 18.00.
- Students should send an email to the programme committee Office.
