Koyo furnace installation completed

The new LP CVD furnace from Koyo Thermo Systems Co has been installed and is now fully operational. First results are spectacular.

This vertical furnace, for silicon nitride deposition, has been acquired thanks to the MINATIS project within the FEDER 2007-2013 program (supported by European Union and Walloon Region).
