Booking

In order to ease the organization of one's work, users of Winfab equipments are asked to plan their work and use the available booking system (see below). 

By using the equipments booking system, you ensure that the equipment you need is available when you need it. You also allow the operators and other users to optimally plan their work. 

Booking is available for most of the equipments in Winfab.

When making a reservation on the booking system, you have the possibility to invite another person. This invitee will then receive a mail asking him/her to accept or deny your invitation. This is mostly of interest when you are not allowed or trained to use (alone) a specific piece of equipment that you need. In such case, common sense dictates of course that you first contact the person you want to invite to inform him/her of your needs and check his/her availability.
