VIDEO: Louvain-la-Neuve seen from the air

This documentary was made in 1991 in on the initiative of the UCL public relations unit (the present DIC, then known as REUL).

This 22 minute film shows Louvain-la-Neuve’s founder, the professor Woitrain, on board a hot air balloon, observing the town from the air. He is being interviewed by Jean-Marie Delmée, at that time the director of the Multimedia Centre (CAV).
