ELIC Newsletter n°1

This is the first ELIC newsletter that we plan to publish each month. I hope you all had a good start of the academic year, and I would particularly like to welcome the new staff.  Thanks to all of you the removal went rather smoothly, and I hope you are all enjoying the facilities of the renovated building.
